Notice on Holding the Nineteenth China (Shanghai) International Eyeglasses Exhibition



Relevant units:



In order to broaden the channels of communication and trade between domestic and foreign counterparts and promote the development of import and export business of Chinese eyeglasses products, the Nineteenth China (Shanghai) International Eyeglasses Exhibition will be held in Shanghai from February 21 to 23, 2019, with the approval of the Ministry of Commerce of the People"s Republic of China and the Shanghai Business Committee.



The exhibition is sponsored by China Glasses Association and China Light International Holding Company, and co-sponsored by Hong Kong Oriental International Exhibition Co., Ltd. In order to improve the exhibition effect, a special exhibition area for Chinese and foreign designers is set up in the middle hall of the bottom floor of the exhibition hall. During the exhibition, the Organizing Committee will hold many exchange activities, and continue to advocate the concept of commercial energy conservation, environmental protection, recycling, design and decoration of the exhibition stand. At the same time, it will also advertise in newspapers and professional magazines at home and abroad. It will publish exhibition information on the websites of China Optics Association (www.chinaoptics.com), Hong Kong Oriental International Exhibition Co., Ltd. and invite all countries in the world. And regional eyeglasses dealers come to negotiate trade.



According to the division of labor of the organizing committee, the China Eyeglasses Association is responsible for the overall work of the exhibition, the recruitment of domestic pavilions and related matters; the Hong Kong Oriental International Exhibition Co., Ltd. is responsible for the recruitment and related matters of the international pavilion; and the security and foreign affairs of the exhibition are in the charge of China Light and Medium International Holding Company.



The relevant matters of this exhibition are hereby notified as follows:



I. Time and Place of the Exhibition



The exhibition will be held from February 21 to 23, 2019 in Pavilion 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition Hall and the conference room of the pavilion. Address: No. 1099 (South Gate) of Shanghai International Exhibition Road and No. 850 (North Gate) of Shanghai Bocheng Road.



II. Scope of Exhibits



Glass frames, glasses, glasses blanks, contact lenses, sunglasses, presbyopic glasses, driver"s glasses and other types of lenses, glasses box, glasses spare parts, glasses manufacturing equipment, optometric equipment and equipment, special tools for glasses, raw and auxiliary materials and related products for the production of glasses. The right to interpret "related products" shall be vested in the Organizing Committee of the Conference.



Products unrelated to glasses are not allowed to be displayed at the exhibition.



III. Costs of Exhibition in Domestic Pavilions

(1) Standard booth: the general specification is 3 meters by 3 meters. The booth is equipped with three white wallboards, carpets, a consulting desk, a negotiation table, four folding chairs, three spotlights, and a lintel board with Chinese and English enterprise names.



(2) Open space: Decorated by the exhibitors themselves, without carpets or any exhibition equipment, the minimum booking area is 27 square meters and multiplied by 9 square meters.



(3) The above prices include taxes, air conditioning fees and electricity charges;



(4) The price of vacant land does not include construction management, power connection and other expenses;



(5) Members who fail to pay their membership dues shall be charged according to the non-member standard.



Application for booth



(1) Domestic manufacturers exhibiting products produced by domestic enterprises may apply for exhibition in domestic pavilions.



Exhibitors are not allowed to apply for their booths by one or several jointly. If the head office and subsidiaries need to share their booths, they must provide valid proof materials and report them to the China Eyeglasses Association one month before entering the exhibition hall. They can only use the booths after examination and approval.



For new exhibitors, besides filling in the booth application form, providing business license and submitting the application form to the local ophthalmic Association (Chamber of Commerce) for examination and stamping, or recommending and stamping by enterprises with certain influence in the industry (must be members of the Chinese ophthalmic association), otherwise we will not accept it.



Please pay attention to the public micro-signal of COOA2016 China Eyeglasses Association, read carefully and fill in the attached "booth application form" truthfully, and sign up by Wechat before October 31, 2018.



During the exhibition, China Eyeglasses Association has used various ways to increase publicity for exhibitors. Please cooperate actively.



(2) For exhibitors applying for designer booths, please fill in the reserved column of designer booths, and inform them of the specific drawings and arrangements.

(3) Any manufacturer who exhibits products produced by overseas enterprises and domestic companies that act as agents for overseas products should rent booths or open spaces in the International Pavilion (Pavilion 2).
